Manpower Portugal is currently recruiting a GERMAN Speaker for a prestigious client in Lisbon.

Your tasks:
– Telephone support for customer calls in the mentioned languages
– General information and advice on our products and services for existing customers and potential new customers
– Processing of our customers’ requests and updating in our computer systems (examples: tariff or price plan changes, activation of options or services, change of address)
– Identification of potential weak points for continuous improvement of customer service
– Development of your personal knowledge and skills through the use of our IT and information systems
What you bring:
– Completed apprenticeship in KV, sales or customer service. Or several years of experience in these areas
– Very good command of German – English is a plus
– Interest in telecommunication products and good computer skills
– Call center experience is beneficial
– Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 21:00)
– Personal strengths: reliability and punctuality
At the moment only the initial training, with the duration of 3 weeks, is done on site.
