HR Development Coordinator

- Responsible for Talent Management processes, guarantee and coordinate the execution of all processes/procedures, as Career Model development and implementation;

- Guarantee continuous improvement in all people management processes, applying market best practices;
-
- Gain a full working knowledge of each business unit to work alongside leaders and local HR to design effective people management processes;
-
- Data Driven, synthetise data (such as employee surveys, people management systems, etc);

- Ensure the execution/monitoring of the Onboarding plans defined in the Frulact Group;

- Ensure the successful execution of the entire training process and strategy, aligned with Organization strategy: Needs Diagnosis; Training Plan Conception; Execution; Monitoring and Evaluation;

- Build relationships with external training suppliers;

- Monitor all Internships, ensure the contact between Frulact and the external entities;
-
- Support the execution of the entire evaluation cycle, ensuring that all phases are successfully completed according to the guidelines;

- Support the execution of all requests in terms of internal communication in people management processes, ensuring alignment with Frulact’s values;
-
- Lead the development team.
Education : University Degree (Human Resources, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or similar); MBA would be desirable. Languages : English necessary, French and German as a plus Information Technologies : Advanced MS user, (Excel, PWP). Professional profile: Minimum experience 5 years in HR Development area role , preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Personal Profile:
